How to Order

Orders can be placed via our secure online system, email, or telephone.

All online orders are confirmed via email with an order summary and receipt.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details (delivery address, contact info, product selection) are correct at the time of ordering.
Payment Options

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Delivery charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, cheque, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

For cheque or EFT payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared.

Corporate accounts are available on application. Please contact us on (08) 8362 8818 to set up an account.

Christmas and other peak season orders require a minimum 30% deposit at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within the required timeframe.
Delivery
-
Local deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with limited delivery on Saturdays.
-
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
-
SA Country and Interstate deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) and typically take 1 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

For same-day delivery, orders must be received and paid for by 10:00 am local time. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day unless a specific delivery date is specified.

Orders can be collected in person from our premises or by your nominated courier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, traffic). We do not accept liability for delays outside our control.

Delivery addresses can be business, residential, or P.O. Box addresses; however, some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once delivery has been confirmed. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Redelivery or address correction fees may apply if the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or if no one is available to accept the delivery.
Replacements & Substitutions

If an ordered item is unavailable, it will be replaced with an item of equal or greater value at our discretion.

In extreme heat or adverse weather conditions, chocolates and other temperature-sensitive perishables may be replaced with suitable alternatives to ensure product quality.

If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately on (08) 8362 8818 and retain all packaging for inspection. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on (08) 8362 8818.

Cancellation requests may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on timing and order status.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or missing items as outlined in the Replacement Policy.

Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon receipt of your claim.
Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive your order.

We recommend providing a contact number to assist with delivery if needed.
