Terms and Conditions
Ordering is via our secure online system, email or telephone.
All online orders are confirmed via email.
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST.
Delivery charges apply.
Send A Gourmet Basket accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, cheque or EFT.
If paying by cheque or EFT your order will not be processed until the funds are cleared in Send A Gourmet Basket’s bank account.

Christmas orders require a 50% deposit unless prior arrangement has been made with Send A Gourmet Basket.
Local deliveries are Monday to Saturday (public holidays excluded) SA Country and Interstate deliveries are Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) - Overnight to 5 days depending on destination
Orders must be received by 10.00am for same day delivery or contact Send A Gourmet Basket on (08) 8362 8818.
Orders received after 10.00am will be dispatched on the next business day unless delivery date is specified.
You are most welcome to collect your order from Send A Gourmet Basket or arrange for your order to be collected by your own courier.
Send A Gourmet Basket cannot be responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Delivery times can only be estimated.
Delivery address must be either a business or residential address. No Post Office boxes.
Redelivery charges apply to incorrectly addressed orders, or if no-one is available to sign for the order and it is unable to be left.
If any item is unavailable the replacement item will be of equal or greater value.
In extreme hot weather some chocolates and perishable products will be replaced with more suitable items.
